Cherish your mind as you would cherish a friend. Remember the length your mind goes to to help you and to bring you comfort when you are blue. You can give your mind some advice as you would a friend. Let your mind know when it is obsessing, worrying, or otherwise forgetting that the higher mind already knows how the story ends.
